Course Contents

Organisational strategies and linkages to logistics and supply chain strategies. Interaction between organisational changes and the chain. Positioning the firm in the chain. Different change processes of organisations and impact on logistics and supply chains. Managing of change processes including change resistance. Working in inter-organisational groups and projects. The role of management, different managers and specifically the manager handling the logistics and the supply chain design in the organisations are in focus. Further the problems of overlapping supply chains and conflicts between the firm interest and supply chain interest will be brought up.
