Register student theses

When your thesis has been finished and approved, you should register it in DiVA, using your Novell account.

By publishing your thesis in DiVA, you will make it freely available, thus spreading your research to anyone who is interested in your topic, anywhere in the world. Do not forget to sign the Agreement on electronic publishing and submit it to your school. When the agreement has been handed in an administrator check your information in the study administration system Ladok and will then publish your thesis and make it searchable in DiVA.   

Where should I hand in the agreement on electronic publishing?

School of Health Sciences (HHJ)
In the study guide for the course you have attended you find information on how to go about handing in the thesis and agreement.

Jönköping International Business School (JIBS)
You find information on where to hand in the agreement on the course pages on Ping-Pong. Otherwise, hand it in directly at the Student Services Office.

School of Engineering (JTH)
You should hand in the agreement to your examinator together with a copy of the thesis.
