
Jönköping University has an extensive exchange programme with approximately 350 partner universities all over the world, and is one of the leading universities in Sweden in the area of international exchange.
983 international students arrived in Jönköping during 2011, creating a truly international environment. 453 of our students studied abroad during the same period. The exchange programmes also attract teachers and guest lecturers from all over the world to the Jönköping campus.
In 2011, 43 percent of the students at the university spent at least one semester abroad.* The average in Sweden for that period was 17 percent.** At Jönköping International Business School the figure at some of the programmes was close to 90 percent.
