Examination

As from August 2011 all examination administration will be handled by University Services. All information about special requirements and multiple examinations should be sent to the examination coordinator at exam@hj.se. Students at the School of Engineering who wish to upgrade a previously passed examination should also contact the examination coordinator.

Registration

Rooms for the examinations will be posted in Ladok web services and on the examination schedule on the web a few days before the examination.

Questions regarding the examination are directed to the examiner.

If you have any problems with your registration at Ladok web services you should contact your school, e.g. if an expected examination is not listed or if you don't have a user account at Jönköping University.

Double examination and upgrade of previous examination

If you have registered for two examinations held at the same time and want to take both of them you have to inform the examination coordinator this no later than 10 days before the examination by e-mail to exam@hj.se. No extra time will be granted for two examinations.

Students at the School of Engineering who wish to upgrade a previously passed examination should contact the examination coordinator by e-mail exam@hj.se no later than 10 days before the examination. (It is only possible to register for an upgrade if there are other students registered that have not passed the examination)

Always use you university e-mail to send the information to prevent the message from being stopped by spam filters. The examination coordinator will need your name, the name of the course and the school where the course is held.

Special requirements

Information about special requirements, granted by Lillemor Boström-Hugosson, should be sent to the examination coordinator by the student no later than 14 days before the examination. Specify the requirements needed, the name of the course and the school where the course is held. Do not forget to register to the examination at Ladok web services as well. Always use you university e-mail to send the information to prevent the message from being stopped by spam filters.

Distance learning via another university

If you as a JU student also conduct studies at another university and wish to take your examination here you can contact the examination coordinator by e-mail exam@hj.se.

Unregister
Unregister from the exam at Ladok web services if you do not have the possibility to attend. If the online registration has closed you can unregister by e-mailing exam@hj.se.
