Confident Speaking

Are you anxious about speaking in public? Then the course Confident Speaking might be something for you. The course focuses on learning how to manage speaking anxiety.

The course has a practical approach, with lectures and exercises to overcome speaking anxiety. The focus is on becoming more self-confident, while at the same time learning the basic skills needed to deliver a public speech.

Course duration: 8 weeks.

Target Group
The course is especially suited for students who are afraid of public speaking, who feel anxious and  vulnerable in front of a group.

The course lasts for 8 weeks and it gives no academic credits.

The course fee is SEK 150
