Course Contents

The course presents key theories of organizational change and leadership in change. The course also contains elements that provide opportunities to develop their own approach to, and leadership in organizational change and the ability to use different established tools for analysis and transformation. The course also includes project management for application to different types of projects in the industrial environment. The course presents projects from organizational, group and individual perspectives and comprises project methodology, planning and project teamwork, project control, project collaboration, project finance, quality and IT support.

Prerequisites

Passed courses 180 credits in first cycle, at least 90 credits within the major subject Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or Civil Engineering, and 21 credits Mathematics, and completed course Leadership, 6 cedits, and English Language requirements corresponding to English A in the Swedish upper secondary school
