Course Contents
The course acts as a bridge between practical work and its connection to an external client. Based on the fundamental processes that apply to the delivery of CGI productions, projects are to be planned, produced and regularly communicated internally and externally with a solution-oriented attitude.The course contains the following elements:
- Project planning
- Data management
- Time estimation
- Division of labour
- Customer contact
- The approval process
- Cost- and revenue analytical concepts and methods
