
The Human Resource Management Programme is a three-year programme that leads to a Bachelor Degree in Education or Psychology.
In today's world of business, the ability to manage people is crucial. The Human Resource Management programme is a three year programme that leads to a Bachelor's degree. The programme gives students broad knowledge in the area of human resources including communication, competence development, social psychology and leadership. It prepares students to work both within the public and the private sectors.
The programme has an international perspective which, combined with a practical approach including internships, gives students a degree that will equip them well for future employment both nationally and also internationally.
The programme requires three years of full-time studies and leads to a Bachelor of Science with a major in Education or Psychology.
The programme is conducted in Swedish. Some courses within the programme are offered for students from our partner universities with no other prerequisites than those regulated by the agreement between the universities.
