Quality Work

Activities within University Services shall continuously be evaluated, improved and renewed. The activities shall have a highly experienced quality and be cost-effective.

All continuous work within University Services shall be characterized by a high level of service, professional performance, prices adjusted to conditions on the market and awareness of environment. Activities at University Services are, besides the daily service for students and staff, highly focused on projects.

Quality work is performed within the frame of annual activity plans and accounted for in the subsequent annual report.

To secure the quality of all work within University Services there is a number of boards and committees with representatives from the schools.

Benchmarking is made on a continuous basis by the comparison with other universities, internal and external recognition by user surveys, our own investigations and various evaluations in which University Services participates.
