Host companies

Sustaining close ties with the business community is an integral part of JIBS. We work with about 300 host companies, ranging from small regional to large multinational companies.

JIBS was the first university in Sweden to work with host companies. We started back in 1994 and many Scandinavian universities have emulated our initiative. Our students take a variety of courses, and sometimes it can be difficult to see where they can benefit from all the theoretical knowledge. Our host companies bridge that gap by letting students experience firsthand how theory is put into practice.
