At JIBS and Jönköping University, the staff is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our students. On this page, and in the menu to the left, you will find services to help you before and during your studies at JIBS.

IT Help Desk

Contact Help Desk if you have  questions or problems regarding the university's computers and network, your computer account or programmes.

Computers and Internet Access

There are six computer labs on floors 2 and 3. They are available for students 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as long as they are not booked for seminars. Wireless Internet access is available on the entire campus. 

The University Library

The University Library offers collections of high quality in printed and electronic form. Information services are available on location as well as over the Internet and the seminar rooms are open 24 hours a day.

Student Health Care

The Student Health Care is available free of charge to students during their entire period of study. At the Student Health Care you can meet a counsellor, nurse or student chaplain if you need someone to talk to. Visits to the student health care are completely confidential.

Knutpunkten Career Center

Knutpunkten Career Center aims to strengthen the opportunities of students to successfully find appropriate employment upon graduation through meetings with representatives from professional life, career guidance and different activities.

JSA shop (JIBS Student Asssociation)

Here you can buy office supplies, telephone cards, course compendiums, last year's exams, JIBS souvenirs, etc. You can also get information about the different branches of the Student Association at JIBS and the activities organized by them.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 09.00-12.45, 13.30-15.00, Friday 09.00-13.00.

Cafés and Restaurants

The restaurants and cafés on campus are open to students and staff at the University, as well as to the public.

Refrigerators and microwave ovens

All schools at Jönköping University have refrigerators and microwave ovens available for students who wish to bring their own food. At JIBS, there are in total 4 refrigerators and 20 microwave ovens available for students on floors 2 and 3.
