JIBS Research organisation

The main purpose of the JIBS Research Faculty Board (RFB) is to ensure the scientific quality of the research and the quality of doctoral education at JIBS and to create policies governing those activities. The meetings provide school wide oversight, create opportunities to discuss issues in research and doctoral education, and help coordinate activities across departments.

• RFB document: This document regulates the structure and tasks of the JIBS Research Faculty Board, which is an elected body, chaired by the Associate Dean of Research. The RFB deals with quality issues around research and research education

Regulations and guidelines approved by the RFB

• JIBS Criteria for Internal Promotion to Associate and Full Professor sets out the criteria to be fulfilled for internal promotion.
• Instructions to external experts set out the criteria for those who evaluate applications for full professor, docent/associate professor, assistant professor & assistant professor simplified procedure or adjunct professor respectively.
