Research Policies approved by the Dean

• Policy for conflict of interest at JIBS (pdf, 490 kB)(Dean´s decision no 21, August 31, 2010): This Policy regulates conflict of interests, for example, when evaluating for positions. It has been designed in line with the respective policy of The Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet).
• Principles for centers within JIBS (pdf, 120 kB)(Dean's decision no 19, August 31, 2010): This Policy defines research centers and sets out criteria for setting up and running research centers within JIBS.
• Policy for allocating research funding at JIBS (pdf, 240 kB) (Dean's decision no 20, August 31, 2010): This Policy contains the criteria for allocating the research funding JIBS receives from JU to departments at JIBS. It is to be implemented from 2011 (partially) and 2012 (fully) onwards and it will be reevaluated after 3 years.
• Policy on Individual Research Assessments at JIBS (pdf, 170 kB) (Dean's decision no 23, September 22, 2010): This Policy sets out rules and thresholds for the individual research assessments which are conducted annually by the Associate Dean of Research for all research faculty. It will be valid from 2011 onwards, to be re-evaluated after 3 years.
