KOPtimer was conducted through co-production, which means that academia and industry jointly identifies needs, opportunities and problems, and then work together to create results for mutual benefit and learning. A prerequisite for this is the active participating of all parties. The participating companies therefore carried out activities related to the project, even on their own. Within KOPtimera ten joint workshops and nine group meetings were conducted before the end of the research project.
